About the Historic Preservation Review Board
What is the Historic Preservation Review Board?
The Governor appointed Historic Preservation Review Board reviews and acts on nominations to the State Register and the National Register of Historic Places. The 15-member board consists of nine professionals in the fields of architecture, archaeology, art history, and history; and six professionals in related fields, including landscape architecture, law, urban and regional planning, and real estate. Board members serve on one of three committees: Architecture, History or Anthropology.
When does the Historic Preservation Review Board meet?
The Review Board meets quarterly and its meetings are open to the public. The meeting dates for 2019 are listed below. The location and schedule for each review board meeting will be posted below 30 days prior to every meeting.
