WHEDA is a state agency that administers low-cost loans for building improvements as well as funds for the acquisition of buildings. Eligible improvements include additions, remodeling, repairs, and energy updates. Loans are available for current WHEDA customers, or those projects which benefit low-to-moderate income neighborhoods.
WHEDA offers multiple products including: WHEDA Home Improvment Advantage, and Neighborhood Business Revitalization Guarantee.
