The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Community Facilities Program provides loans and grants to assist in the development of essential community facilities in rural areas and towns of up to 20,000 in population.
USDA Rural Development Program assistance includes direct or guaranteed loans, grants, technical assistance, research and educational materials.
