Eagle, WI – Celebrate the season and create new holiday traditions with friends and family at Old World Wisconsin this winter. The site is welcoming guests to its family-friendly Home for the Holidays experience next month as well as a new Cheers and Chocolates Holiday Beer Pairing for guests ages 21 and up. Home for the Holidays will take place December 3-4 & 10-11 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cheers and Chocolates Holiday Beer Pairing will take place on December 3 & 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“Old World Wisconsin is the perfect spot to meet with loved ones from across the region to enjoy a day of fun and discovery as you create your own holiday traditions and treasured memories,” said Dan Freas, site director. “A historic holiday comes to life through the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the season at our annual Home for the Holidays event. And this year, we’re excited to introduce the Cheers and Chocolates Holiday Beer Pairing experience to offer some extra fun just for the adults.”

Guests who attend Home for the Holidays will be treated to live musical performances, fun holiday activities and seasonally-inspired refreshments. Old World Wisconsin’s Crossroads Village, all decked out in festive holiday greenery, will bustle with activity as guests partake in Christmas and other holiday traditions of past and present.

The Cheers and Chocolates Holiday Beer Pairing is a brand new experience at Old World Wisconsin for the 2022 holiday season. Hosted beneath the vaulted ceilings of Old World Wisconsin’s historic Clausing Barn, guests will enjoy the magic of local winter beers paired thoughtfully with decadent, handmade chocolates from Milwaukee’s own Indulgence Chocolatiers. Event-goers will receive a gift bag of tasty treats to take home.
