Emil Hoelter is an archivist in the Wisconsin Historical Society's Library, Archives and Museum Collections division. He teaches a workshop called "Archives 101: Processing Archival Collections" and speaks about archival arrangement and description and conservation of historical documents. Emil is based at the Society's headquarters in Madison.
