(Rep.) born La Crosse Oct. 5, 1892. Educated in grade and high schools of that city. After graduation from high school entered the train service of Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company. In 1929 and 1931, was state representative of the trainmen's brotherhood. Served in assembly 1927; member of Joint Committee on Finance.
