Burial Site Presence or Absence Information for Real Estate Disclosure Documentation.

Welcome to the Human Burial Site Location and Confirmation database. State law requires that a seller of property disclose whether they have knowledge of a human burial site located on the property being offered for sale. This database allows a seller or potential purchaser to search by parcel identification number for the presence or absence of a known human burial site on that parcel. This database does not search parcel identification numbers that are rights-of-way or bodies of water for presence of human burial sites.
