Between 1840 and 1892, Milwaukee's Third Ward was home to a thriving community of Irish immigrants. This 10-page article looks back on that half-century of neighborhood life through reminiscences and pictures. The community largely dispersed after a disastrous fire in the Third Ward in 1892.
