Additional Comments
This two-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1904. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition. A large front-gabled mass features cutaway bay windows at both front corners; the overhang above these one-over-one windows is ornamented with decorative spindlework spandrels. Between the windows is a cottage window with a leaded-glass upper sash. A pent roof clad in patterned wood shingles separates the first and second stories. The second story of the front-gabled mass contains a pair of tall, narrow one-over-one windows. Above this, the wall below the gable is clad in patterned wood shingles. The front door is located in the ell created by the front-gabled mass and the exposed south wall of a side-gabled mass. The door is sheltered under an extension of the pent roof and is accessed via a concrete stoop. A small one-over-one window is located at the second story above the door.
