Additional Comments
This two-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1890. It is rectangular in plan with a fieldstone foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition with a prominent front-gabled mass projecting from a larger side-gabled mass. The front entrance is located in the southwest ell created by these building masses. The entrance is a wood-framed glass door and is accessed via a small, hipped-roof entry porch that features turned wood supports, turned wood railings, decorative spandrel panels, and decorative brackets. East of this, the front-gabled mass features cut-away corners at the first story with decorative brackets at the overhang. One-over-one windows are located in the cut-away corners; a cottage window is located at the first story of the south-facing wall. Above this, at the second story, is a pair of one-over-one windows. Decoratively patterned wood shingles are located below the gables.
