Additional Comments
This two-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1900. It is t-shaped in plan with a fieldstone foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in composition. The front entrance is located in an ell created by intersecting front- and side-gabled building masses and is accessed via a hipped-roof entry porch that features turned wood supports, turned wood railings, decorative spandrel panels, and decorative brackets. A small gablet with decoratively patterned wood shingles accents the porch’s front roof slope. East of the porch, the front-gabled mass features cutaway corners at the first story. One-over-one windows are located at each corner with a cottage window in the north wall between these. Above this, at the second story, is a pair of one-over-one windows. Above this, a fixed-sash window with decoratively patterned glazing is located below the gable; the surrounding wall space is clad in decoratively patterned wood shingles.
