Additional Comments
This 1 1/2 story residence hsa aluminum exterior surface material. The gable roof has the gable and facing the road. There is a plain frieze under the eaves. The plan is rectangular with a rear addition. There is a side wall gable dormer 2/2 windows. The front stoop entry is enclosed and has a gable roof and 3/1 vertical pane windows. The cornice is boxed and there are endboards. The front porch detracts from the integrity of this residence to the extent that it has no architectural significance. 2026: Front-Gabled house is one-and-a-half stories in height, rectangular in plan, and sheltered by a front-gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles. A gabled dormer projects from the west-facing roof slope, and a chimney rises above the roofline. The house appears to rest on a concrete foundation, and the exterior walls are clad in clapboard siding. Although the façade is oriented toward the west, the original entrance historically faced the road. The west elevation contains an entrance with a glazed door featuring divided lights in the upper portion and narrow sidelights. An enclosed porch addition projects from the rear elevation and is sheltered by a sloping shed roof. Fenestration consists of single two-over-two units, paired eight-over-eight units, and four-over-one window units with vertical muntins in the upper sash on the enclosed rear porch.
