Additional Comments
This two-and-one-half story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with aluminum siding and an asphalt-shingled, steeply-pitched hipped roof with prominent gables at each elevation. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in plan with two, projecting, full-height, steeply-pitched, front-gabled bays at each end of the façade; each bay contains a picture window flanked by one-over-one windows at the first story, a pair of one-over-one windows at the second story, and a single one-over-one window centered under the gable. Between the front-gabled bays is a two-story porch with a steeply-pitched hipped roof. The porch features columnar supports and turned wood railings. Inside the porch, at each story, is a pair of double-hung windows in the south wall and single doors in the east walls. A small dormer with a steeply-pitched gabled roof is located in the porch roof; the dormer contains a one-over-one window. Although the house appears to embody a duplex form, historic Sanborn maps do not indicate this function.
