Additional Comments
WIDE SEGMENTAL ARCHED WINDOW ON 2ND FLR ARCH FILLED W/ FIELDSTONE, WINDOWS OF GLASS BLOCKS The first floor was redesigned c/ 1950. Previously housed Children's Boutique when previously surveyed. 2023: Recently panted grey--red and white patterned brick benath. Originally built in 1926 by J. F. Habrich as his realty office. Although noted at the beginning that it would only be one story in height, it allowed that the foundation would be laid such that it could accommodate a second story. In 1927, it was purchased by Frank Mulrooney and he moved his drug store from the Higgins Building to this one and Habrich moved his realty office to the second floor, which indicates that it must have been built as two stories at the outset. Mulrooney's remained here until at least the 1970s.
