THe building served as the Strong & Manley Hardware Store from 1906 to 1958. Prior to Strong and Manley it was owned by A.G. Richison, who also ran a hardware store from the building. .
Bibliographic References
An 1890 newsbrief reads, “F.J. Deckart (sp) is putting up a new two-story building and adding another story to his old one on Wall Street…”.
