2024: This 1 1/2 story Craftsman house was constructed in 1924. It is rectangular in plan with brown brick walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces east and is dominated by a gable-roofed dormer that projects from the roof slope and terminates at the hipped roof of an entry porch below. The entry porch features squared brick supports and a brick knee wall. It shelters the front door which is located in the east face of the main building mass. The dormer contains a pair of three-over-one windows and is characterized by its widely overhanging eaves with exposed rafter ends. The north elevation of the building (facing High Street) contains two banks of three two-over-one windows at the first story and a pair of three-over-one windows at the second story.
