plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in plan
with a single door (presumably leading to the second floor apartments) at the southern end and a bank of shop windows
with a recessed door comprising the rest of the first story facade. The second story of the front elevation contains two 1-
over-1 windows and a bank of three 1-over-1 windows. A pair of 1-over-1 windows is located just below the gable at the
attic level.
Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the removal of glazing from two second-story windows and from the transom above a doorway and the removal of decorative shutters.
