the facade and a three-sided, 2-story bay with 1-over-1 windows at the southern end. The front doors are covered by a 1-
story hipped-roof front porch with simple wooden supports and rails. The placement of 1-over-1 windows at the second
story mirrors the location of doors and windows at the first story. All windows on the facade have decorative shutters.
Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the addition of vinyl siding and decorative shutters.
