gable roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in plan with a 2-story projecting bay
comprising the northern end with the entrance at the southern end; the entrance is covered by a flat, narrow roof that
spans the width of the facade . A concrete stoop with metal hand rails provides access to the front door. Windows are 1-
over-1, except for picture windows at the center of the projecting bay at the first and second stories. The entire facade is
covered by a projecting gable with decorative shingle siding.
Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the addition of vinyl siding.
