Construction Crew

Fifteen men pose at a construction site, most of them sitting, leaning, or standing on bags of cement or sand. An arrow points to the 5th man from the right, who is identified as "T.A. ODEA" [Thomas Aquinas O'Dea]. He is the only man wearing a necktie. There is an excavator bucket or scraper on the left and a wheelbarrow on the right. With concrete curbs but a dirt roadbed, this may be a street paving crew.
