Accessing Collections
The vast majority of the items in our collections are not online. The Society owns thousands of archival collections viewable in our Archives reading room. To view and conduct research in our collections, visit us in person.
Schreiber Barn — Exterior

Duane and Mary Schreiber live at W455 Allen Rd (Section 25). Their granddaughter, Mia, is with them.

Gordon and Gayle Luhn were married September 1, 1979.
Christian Barn — Alternate View

LaValle Christian was born here and lived here for 63 years. They quit milking in 1976.
Adelmeyer Barn — Alternate View

The Dean Adelmeyer family has lived here since 1992. Cows were last milked here in the 1960s. The Leonard and Olive Steger family lived here.
Herbst Barn — Alternate View

The Herbsts, who have two children in their 30s, live on a farm that was in the Bodden family for many years.

This barn is currently being used by Howard Van Beck of Campbellsport. Forty-two cows are milked here daily.
