Three-quarter length portrait, seated, facing forward, with torso turned slightly left, legs crossed, and forearm resting on a cloth-covered table. He is wearing a suit with velvet collar, a white vest, shirt collar turned down, and narrow horizontal bow tie. A watch chain hangs from his vest, and a gold ring is on each hand. Hand-coloring on cheeks and gold details on jewelry.
