This catalog from the Mary A. McElwain Quilt Shop in Walworth, Wis., shows patterns available during the early 1930s in the Julia Fischer Force line. It includes designs for ready cut quilt tops, pillow packages, and quilt blocks that customers could order. Some of the designs replicate traditional 19th-century patterns.
