A 1910 automobile travel guide to Wisconsin

Automobile Blue Book of Wisconsin

As the number of automobiles rapidly increased in Wisconsin, motoring became an increasingly popular activity, both for day trips and longer vacations. This guide, produced in cooperation with various automobile clubs, provided drivers with road maps and descriptions of different routes that included comments on the quality of the road--an important section in an era before state mandated road improvements and construction. The guide also contains information on hotels, tourist destinations, automobile manufacturers, and supply stations.
