A Singing Nation Welcomes a Singing Army/ War Camp Community Service, Milwaukee Unit, Plankinton Arcade
War Camp Community Service was another homefront organization formed to raise money and to rally support for the military. This pamphlet, produced by the Milwaukee unit, was used to welcome soldiers home from the war with songs of victory.
