2009- "This one and one-half story carriage house is located on the Wellington Smith property (AHI #84834) and was constructed
c. 1890. The carriage house has a cross-gabled roof with decorative half-timbering in the front gable. A pair of doublehung
windows are present in the gable. The carriage doors are off-center at ground level, and are flanked by two doublehung
windows. The building is clad in clapboard on the first story, and vertical board in the gables."
