Additional Comments
2013: ACCORDING TO HISTORIC TAX ROLLS, THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BY JUDSON WEST AROUND 1891, THEN OWNED BY F. G. WARREN AND JAMES KELLY FOR A TIME. MINA AND WATSON NOYES ACQUIRED IT AROUND 1901 AND OWNED IT FOR A FEW YEARS. BETWEEN 1905 AND THE MID TWENTIETH CENTURY, IT WAS OWNED BY FRANK LEE AS STATED BELOW.

Mrs. Mina Noles had this Victorian house built in 1901 and lived there for a short time. Frank Lee and his family bought the home in 1903. Mr. Lee grew over two acres of strawberries on the land behind the house. The tornado of November 11, 1911, blew windows out and rotated the house several degrees on its foundation. Lee jacked the house back to its original position and repaired the damage in time for his daughter Jenny to marry Harry Drew in the parlor on January 1, 1912. -Milton Historic Preservation Commission, History in Progress: Hiking/Biking Tour of Historic Milton, Wisconsin, n.d.
