1982: Architectural Description and Significance:
This sophisticated and very unusual bungaloid two story clapboard house features a central gabled front sunken dormer projects, partially surrounded by a hip roof area in front, above the hip roof veranda. Very similar to bungalow at 223 3rd Avenue, E. (1-29), once considered for nomination.
2017: House was originally sheathed with clapboard on the first floor and wooden shingles on the second. Now largely re-sheathed with vinyl; wooden shingles remain in the dormer.
