1995- "This one-story rectilinear plan hip-rooted Astylistic Utilitarian form building was built in 1957 to house rest rooms for the fairgrounds and Sanborn maps snow that it replaced an earlier and smaller restroom building on the same site. The present building has a concrete pad foundation and concrete block walls and its late date of construction and ordinary design make it a non-contributing element in the district."
