This gable roofed structure originally served as a livery stable. The exterior of the building is brick, which has been painted. Segmentally arched openings, located on the sides and gable end have been boarded up. This building was originally the Ball and Finch livery stable. The first building on this site was of frame construction. This building was in place in 1912. It later became a garage and then a car dealership and has been considerably changed over the years. There is no evidence that the Ball and Finch operation had any significant to the history of the community and, although the use of the property remained of a similar nature, ownership changed numerous times.
