THIS ONE-STORY WAREHOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A STONE EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND A FLAT ROOF. A THREE-STORY REAR WALL HAS BEEN REPAIRED WITH CONCRETE BLOCK, AND THE FRONT WALL HAS BEEN ALTERED. THE STRUCTURE IS PRESENTLY IN FAIR CONDITION. THIS BUILDING SERVED AS A WAREHOUSE FROM C. 1880 TO 1924. (SEE BIB. REF. A, B). THIS STRUCTURE, WHICH WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1875 TO 1880 (SEE BIB. REF. A), HAD TWO HISTORIC NAMES. FIRST, IT WAS KNOWN AS THE SAM COAD WAREHOUSE. (SEE BIB. REF. A). LATER, IT WAS KNOWN AS THE BEN BLEWETT WAREHOUSE, WHICH WAS IN EXISTANCE IN 1924. (SEE BIB. REF. B).
