1994- "Rising from a brick foundation, this is a one-and-one-half story, Spanish Colonial Revival-type building, the walls of which appear to have a concrete (or plaster) veneer surface. The house is thought to have a generally flat roof with parapets. The front entrance, which is offset to the right (south), is distinguished by a tile, pent roof that is supported by four columns. The city's 1980-1981 Intensive Survey does not identify any examples of the Spanish-influenced architectural style, a fact that suggests this may be an uncommon structure in the city. Indeed, Cultural Resource Management in Wisconsin indicates that this style is a rare and poorly understood resource in Wisconsin. These issues notwithstanding, the house, which has a modern addition to the rear, offers little, real character except the veneer surface and tile, pent roof. It certainly merited the completion of an updated reconnaissance survey card, but it does not offer the distinguished or prominent nature necessary to warrant the completion of a DOE."
