THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE, DESIGNED IN THE ONE STORY CUBE STYLE, WAS BUILT IN C. 1900. (SEE BIB. REF. F). IT FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. TWO ATTIC STORY DORMERS INTERSECT WITH THE MAIN ROOF. THE GABLE ROOFED DORMER IN THE FRONT HAS A PENT ROOF BENEATH IT, WHILE THE OTHER SHED ROOFED DORMER IS SMALLER IN SIZE AND APPEARS AT THE SIDE ELEVATION. A SINGLE, ORNATE, IONIC COLUMN AND A FILLED-IN RAILING EMBELLISH AN INSET FRONT PORCH. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. JOHN PENHALLEGON WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING FORM 1905 TO 1915. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
