Additional Comments
This two and one-half story late Queen Anne house has clapboard siding, a sloping gable roof, shingled gables, and a two-story octagonal tower on the front facade. Set in the sloping roof is a hip-roof dormer. The sloping roof ends to form the front porch that is supported by round columns. Windows are irregular in size and placement. There is a shallow bay and pointed arch tripartite window on the west facade, for example.

This house is a good example of a variation of the late Queen Anne style.

This was the home of Lucy Dowse, the widow of Frances, between 1905 and 1919. Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant.
