This house is listed as the residence of Valentine Henrich as early as 1900. He is listed as a mason/contractor. By 1925 his widow Louise was still listed and she remained at this address, with apparent tenants living in the house also, as late as 1945.
2001-
2-story cross-gabled house. Frame construction, clad in clapboard, resting on a concrete foundation that may have been refaced at some time.
Prominent front and side roof gables with overhanging eaves.
A gabled portico with end returns, resting ona rock-faced concrete block foundation is centrally located on the facade.
A 3-sided panelled gabled bay is located on the eastern elevation.
First story windows are 2-over-2 double -hung sash with decorative hoods. Second story windows are replacements.
An early 1-story shed addition, as well as another addition were built onto the rear of the house.
There is also a 1-story stucco garage (ca. 1930) toward the rear of the property.
