THIS HOUSE WAS RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED AND THE SECOND STORY WINDOW OPENINGS APPEAR TO BE LESS TALL AS WELL. SEVERAL ADDITIONS HAVE ALSO BEEN MADE TO THE HOUSE SINCE THEN TOO.
THIS HOUSE WAS OWNED BY THE PHILO STEPHENS ESTATE IN 1895 AND IT WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1875 AND 1895.
