1995- "This Gothic Revival Style house, constructed ca. 1890, is an example of a late nineteenth century residential building. The one-and-a-half story brick house has a side gable roof form and features decorative details such as stone plinths with floral motifs on the corners of the windows, a covered entryway with decorative wood supports and a front gabled dormer with decorative woodwork. Alterations to the building include additions on the west side and the rear with vinyl siding, windows bricked in or replaced with glass block on the west elevation and a chimney enclosed with vinyl siding. In addition, some of the carpenter Gothic details of the home appear to be modern replacements."
