2017 WisDOT survey- The property is located on the south side of 12th Street in an east-side residential neighborhood in the city of Menomonie. The two-and-one-half-story house has a rectilinear footprint. The front-gable roof is slightly asymmetrical, and two cross gables are located on both the east and west elevations. The roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles. Exterior walls are clad with plywood over which faux half-timbering has been applied. A one-story enclosed porch with a half-hipped roof is on the northeast corner of the façade. Within the porch is the primary entrance. A secondary entrance is on the east elevation. Windows on the house are one-over-one replacement units. On the façade these are arrange in an asymmetrical configuration.
