2010: The Henry Reuss Federal Plaza was designed by the Chicago firm of Perkins & Will and completed in 1983. It was named after Henry Reuss--a Wisconsin Congressman. The federal government contracted with the Carley Capital Group to develop the site with the government then renting office space. This was the protocol at the time so that the property could remain on the local property tax rolls. At the time of construction, the building was occupied by half government and half non-government tenants.

2010: This fourteen-story large office building is sheathed with blue metal panels with continuous bands of plate-glass windows encircling the building at each level. A narrow glass curtain wall highlights the south facade. The first floor has been renovated with stone and metal in the Contemporary-style to provide a more open appearance to the street. A concrete plaza is positioned along the building's east elevation.
