A good example of an Italianate brick block. Bays on west and east ends. Retain original decorative elements including arched windows and doors and bracketed cornice.
This building was enlarged in 1874 by the Rich and Silber Company, Dry Goods Dealers. They were one of the largest dry goods firms in the City employing over 60 people and doing an annual business of nearly $300,000 in 1881.
