Feb. 2021: This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with a wood shingle siding along the raised foundation wall, vinyl siding throughout the remainder of the building, and an asphalt-shingled clipped gable roof with overhanging eaves supported by heavy brackets. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with a 1-story clipped-gable porch spanning the southern three-quarters of the façade. The porch is enclosed with rows of 1-over-1 windows and a single door. A pair of 1-over-1 windows is located in the first story north of the porch. The second story of the primary façade contains a bank of three 1-over-1 windows.
