This one-and one-half-story, rectangular-plan residence was built c.1910. The walls are clad in brick rest on a rusticated
concrete block foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the hip roof and a central brick chimney projects above the ridgeline.
An offset projecting gable on the front (north) facade shelters a recessed entry porch with a segmental archway. The
gable end is covered in stucco and features a pair of small leaded-glass windows. The band of four leaded-glass
windows visible in a previous survey photograph has been replaced with a large single-light picture window that spans the
front gable. Windows elsewhere are paired one-over-one replacements with flat brick sills and headers, and glass block
windows are located in the foundation.
The property is a modest example of a vernacular form and has been altered with replacement windows.
