Constructed by 1884 [A], this two story commercial vernacular styled retail building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete foundation, a brick and clapboard exterior and an asphalt shingled gable and flat roof. A parapet articulated with a simple brickwork design appears above the roofline. The building, which is in good condition, historically functioned as a boarding house in 1904, and as a store in 1928. August 2013: Windows added to first story of west elevation, new vinyl siding added to west elevation, windows replaced in facade, recessed entry reconstructed, narrow cornice with dentil detailing added
