Additional Comments
This two-story Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof with overhanging eaves and eave returns. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in composition. An entry porch with a round-arched roof is located at the center of the façade; the porch features eave returns, columnar supports below an unembellished entablature, and a circular medallion below the arch. Within the porch is a wood door with six-pane glazing in its upper quarter; the door is sheltered beneath a glass storm door and is accessed via a set of brick and concrete steps. On each side of the porch are pairs of one-over-one windows. The second story contains three one-over-one windows. All windows feature decorative shutters. A small, front-gabled dormer with eave returns is located at the center of the front roof slope; the dormer contains a one-over-one window.
