The Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad Bridge over Beaver Creek was constructed c.1965 in the Village of Brown Deer prior to the creation of Brown Deer Village Park Pond (which is fed by Beaver Creek and is located immediately west of the bridge). This structure is approximately 75 feet in length and carries a single railroad track with ties resting on squared wood stringers. Simple metal railings run the length of the bridge on either side of the deck. The substructure is comprised of stacked wood abutments and four timber pile trestles with wood caps. wood bridge
