This 1 ½ story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1967. It is rectangular in plan with painted brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gambrel roof. The front elevation faces west and is symmetrical in composition with a centrally-placed front door that features a classical surround. The remainder of the façade contains four tall, multi-pane casement windows (two on each side of the front door). A large, frame garage extension projects from the building’s south elevation; this one-story building mass is clad in vinyl siding with an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The garage’s front (west) elevation contains a recessed porch with a pedestrian-scale door; south of this are two simulated six-over-six windows. Two overhead garage doors are located in the garage addition’s south elevation.
