2013- "Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church was built in 1909. This Gothic Revival building is clad in brick with stone sills,
door surrounds, coping, and finials. The church is roughly rectangular in plan with a projecting vestibule, a modern entry
addition at the front corner, and a half-octagonal apse flanked by one-story bays at the rear (south). The church has a
prominent square front tower flanked by lower portions with similar steeply-pitched roofs. Fenestration consists of
pointed-arch windows in the side walls; pointed-arch louvered openings in the tower; round rose windows in the tower and
apse; and a pointed-arch transom above the front door. Window openings in the stone basement story have been filled in
with glass block."
