2020: "This two-story, brick, commercial vernacular building (Figures 7 and 8) was constructed in 1925. The primary entrance is positioned at an angle and recessed at the southwest corner. Each storefront window bay consists of three parts, a vertical wood board bulkhead, two-light picture window, and prism glass transom. Atop the brick pilaster between bays is a simple stone accent. Second-story window openings are intact with replacement windows of varying types, including a set of three one-over-one sash windows, a Chicago-style window grouping, and a fixed window with a smaller flanking casement. The flat roof of the buildings is accentuated by a crenelated parapet with stone coping."
