2025: This 1 ½ story Minimal Traditional house was constructed in 1930. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stone veneered walls, and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition with a front-gabled bay at the west end of the façade. This bay contains a six-over-six window and a front door with a simple wood surround. East of this is a bay window containing a multi-pane picture window at the center and four-over-four windows at each side; east of this is a pair of six-over-six windows. A small, stone-veneered wall dormer is located in the front roof slope above the bay window; this contains a single six-over-one window.
