The two-story house was constructed ca. 1900. It has an irregular plan composed of a gable-front section with a wing on the east elevation, and a rear addition on the north elevation of the wing. It is clad in aluminum siding and is sheltered by a cross-gable roof with moderate eaves, sheathed in asphalt shingles. A brick chimney stack surmounts the gable near its intersection with the wing. The windows are mostly one-over-one sashes. A full-length covered porch spans the south-facing façade The shed roof is supported by turned posts with spoke brackets. A turned balustrade spans the porch and leads up the steps at the east end of the façade. The steps lead to the door on the south elevation of the wing, a window is positioned east of the door and a window overlooks the porch roof. The gable front section includes a large, fixed lite surmounted by transom flanked by tall narrow sashes on the first story and two one-over-one sashes on the second story. Two bays of stacked windows are on the west elevation. The east elevation has two windows on the first story, one on the second story, and a set of paired sashes in the read addition.
